Open Heart Meditation – Take refuge in your heart as you take refuge in your home
As we hunker down and socially distance ourselves in these uncertain times – the risk of feeling isolated due to our physical separation, can impact our well-being dramatically. The longing in our hearts – our feeling centre – for stronger emotional connection is growing all the more. Strengthening our hearts through open heart meditation, can help minimize the feeling of isolation because our hearts are the key to our joy, compassion and feelings of connection. Through some very simple exercises, it’s possible to really improve our emotional health.
So… here’s your chance to get connected in a way you may never have experienced. A team of us are facilitating an open heart space for one hour on SKYPE each day and night. Simply click on the link below, turn off your camera, mute your mic and relax incognito. All you have to do is to listen! We’ll cover: heart strengthening and relaxing; a brief intro to the heart; and then experience the open heart meditation which will help us to let go of burdens and negative emotions we are holding unconsciously in our hearts. At the end, you’ll feel fresher, more relaxed and probably have a smile on your face 🙂
